Nikki Paschar, a certified mind-body practitioner, has dedicated her life to the exploration of mind-body dynamics, establishing herself as a leading mind-body practitioner. Her journey began with a curiosity about spirituality. Through transformational spiritual coaching, she learned how habit loops affect personal growth and relationships, revealing the complex dynamics of the mind and body.

Nikki is highly knowledgeable in alternative medicine and mind-body psychology, with a deep understanding of kinesiology, anatomy, physiology, pathology, Eastern philosophy, and the mind. She combines spiritual coaching, holistic life coaching, and somatic experiencing to help individuals tap into their inner strength and address the underlying causes of their challenges. Through online holistic coaching for wellness, she incorporates trauma-informed practices and emphasizes the importance of the nervous system in overall health.
