Chronic stress and emotional and mental burnout affect us to our core, impacting our daily lives significantly.

It often sneaks up on us, trapping us in a never-ending cycle of physical and emotional exhaustion. The demands of life blur together, leaving little time for relaxation and recovery from stress. The weight of responsibilities adds to the overwhelm, making us question how much longer we can deal with high-stress environments – we become stuck in survival mode. Without the right stress management and burnout prevention strategies, our spirits eventually feel tired, especially if we’re empaths who constantly give without receiving enough in return. It’s a draining pattern that leads to poor physical, mental, and emotional health.
